Century Court is owned and operated by the CCCCDF Student Housing Foundation, Inc. As a non-profit organization, its mission is to provide a comfortable, convenient, and cost-effective housing alternative to college students.
Lease fees are based on a set monthly rate that includes all utilities - water, sewer, and electricity. Cable television is not included, but available through several providers.

The 4 bedroom and 2 bedroom units come completely furnished, while the efficiency allows residents to bring their own furniture.
Century Court cannot subsidize tenant rents, however, it may adjust payment due dates for students who are approved for government grants and loans.
Leases are available per semester, i.e., summer, fall, or spring; as well as annually. See leasing information.
